If your item has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it with the same or a comparable model. Warranty terms and periods vary by product—please refer to the information included at purchase. Email cs@travelersclub.com with any questions and product concerns. 

Not covered

  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

  • Damage while handled by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, carriers)

  • Normal wear-and-tear to moving parts (wheels, handles, zippers, etc.)

  • Replacement parts requests (we do not ship parts)

  • Warranty service is available within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and international locations).
