Travelers club luggage will guarantee this merchandise from date of purchase against any defects in the material or workmanship under warranty. Please arrange at your expense to reurn the product directly yo our warehouse on customers' own expense for return, shipping & handling and your dated proof of purchase. We will repair or replace within 30 days upon reciept. this warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper handling (as with airlines), unauthorised repair attempts and specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.Travelers Club preserves the right for repair & replacement services.

We use a variety of materials in our products. We use polyester of different denier, vytech material, vinyl, pvc, various fabrics and our latest addition of E.V.A. The material used in each product is detailed in the bottom left of the product page under Object Specifications

I forgot the combination to my lock, is their any way I can reset it?
Yes, we can send you out a tool key, which enables you to change the lock combination. Contact the customer service department for more information.
* My lock used to work with my combination but has recently stopped working. Why is this, and can it be fixed or replaced?
Yes, we can send you out a tool key, which enables you to change the lock combination or we can send a replacement lock if required. Contact the customer service department for more information.


:: What do I need to send in with my mail in rebate?

All we need, is the tag to be filled out with the information indicated, a money order for the required amount and the tag from the actual product itself. No reciept is required.


:: The expiration date has expired on my mail in rebate, can I still send it in?

Yes, disregard the expiration date and send it in as usual.
